About the Facilities

YMCA Camp Frank A. Day is located in East Brookfield, MA, about an hour from Boston, Providence, or Hartford, half an hour from Worcester, and two hours from New York. The 50+ acre site takes full advantage its beautiful setting on Lake Quacumquasit to offer lots of sporting and waterfront activities in a traditional summer camp atmosphere.

Highlights of the camp include an indoor field house, a climbing wall, ropes course, and archery range. There's lots of woods and open space for night games and sports on the tennis and basketball courts, softball and soccer fields. The waterfront fun includes fishing, swimming, canoeing, kayaking and other lake activities.

Campers and their counselors lodge in nine-person wooden cabins that form a small lake-side village. There is an on-site infirmary staffed by our camp doctor. We will set up an indoor chapel and reserve the Blessed Sacrament. The rustic dining hall can seat 200, all served by a professional staff that prepares delicious home-style meals on-site. Special dietary needs can be accommodated.
